2019年12月,发生新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染流行。危重症患者免疫力低,医护人员高风险操作多,均为2019-nCoV易感高危人群。医院重症医学科应尽可能为防控2019-nCoV感染做好准备,包括规范人员管理、严格落实消毒措施、全员培训、注重人员心理建设等。防控工作需要靠制度指引,更要靠实实在在的落实践行。

A new coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infection epidemic began in December 2019. Critically ill patients have low immunity and medical staff perform many high-risk operations,all of them were high-risk groups susceptible to 2019-nCoV infection. The department of critical care in hospitals should make preparations for the prevention and control of 2019-nCoV infection as far as possible,including standardized personnel management,strict implementation of disinfection measures,full staff training,and emphasis on personnel psychological construction. Prevention and control work needs to rely on the system guidance,but also to rely on the actual implementation.
