戒毒动机对复吸倾向的影响:积极应对方式的中介作用

Abstinence Motivation,Positive Coping Style,and Relapse Tendency:A Mediation Analysis

目的:探讨强制隔离戒毒人员戒毒动机对复吸倾向的影响机制以及积极应对方式的中介作用。方法:使用戒毒动机量表(AMC)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)以及复吸倾向调查表(RTQ)对杭州市410名强制隔离戒毒人员进行调查。结果:戒毒动机负向预测复吸倾向;积极应对方式部分中介了戒毒动机对复吸倾向的影响。结论:戒毒动机不仅可以直接负向影响复吸倾向,也可以通过增强积极应对方式而负向影响复吸倾向。研究结果提示动机强化治疗和应对技能训练在毒瘾戒治过程中的重要性.

Objective:The present study investigated the relationship between abstinence motivation and relapse tendency,and the mediating effect of positive coping style.Methods:The Abstinence Motivation Questionnaire(AMQ),the Relapse Tendency Questionnaire(RTQ)and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were administered to 410 drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation at the coercive detoxification facility in Hangzhou.Results:The results of correlation analysis and model 4 test by the PROCESS macro showed that(i)abstinence motivation negatively affected relapse tendency and(ii)positive coping style partly mediated the relationship between abstinence motivation and relapse tendency.Conclusion:The abstinence motivation reduced the relapse tendency of abstainer by directly affecting,as well as by improving the positive coping style.Therefore,strengthening abstinence motivation and cultivating positive coping styles may well be helpful to prevent relapse.
