儿童姑息照护(pediatric palliative care,PPC)可以减轻患儿痛苦、改善患儿生活质量,已成为生命限制性疾病患儿的照护标准。该文通过综述PPC的内涵及其影响因素,总结国内外PPC的管理实践,提出促进中国PPC发展的策略,旨在为PPC的发展提供参考。

Pediatric palliative care(PPC)has become the standard of care for children with life-limiting illness.The article summarizes the connotation of PPC and its main influencing factors,domestic and foreign management practices,aiming to provide references for the development of PPC in China.
