小学教育专业公费师范生的乡村教育情怀:结构、水平与类型 被引量:3

摘要 采用实证的方法,考查了小学教育专业公费师范生乡村教育情怀的结构、水平与类型。结果发现:小学教育专业公费师范生的乡村教育情怀具有相对稳定的结构,包括从教意愿、通识素养、职业责任、了解学生四个维度,实施水平整体处于中高水平,在五级水平中处于第四水平。聚类分析结果表明:小学教育公费师范生的乡村教育情怀表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四种类型,其中以Ⅰ型为最。公费师范生培养机构应该根据小学教育专业公费师范生的乡村教育情怀的特点,采取多元化、常态化、制度化的培养策略。 The research adopts the empirical method to examine the structure,level and types of the rural education feelings of the government-paid teacher education students majoring in primary education.The results show that the rural educational feelings of government-paid teacher education students of primary education have a relatively stable structure,including four dimensions,teaching willingness,general literacy,professional responsibility and understanding student’s need.The implementation level is in the middle high level as a whole,and in the fourth level among the five levels.The results of cluster analysis show that there are four types of rural educational feelings of public funded normal school students in primary school education:I,II,Ⅲand IV,among which type I is the most desirable.
