中国公共体育资源区域协调发展的空间网络效应与演进特征研究

Spatial network effect and evolution characteristics of the coordinated development of regional public sports resources in China

以我国大陆31个省、自治区、直辖市的经济、人口、地理面积与公共体育资源发展数据为实证依据,通过耦合协调度模型与社会网络分析法,对我国区域公共体育资源的协调发展状况、空间联动效应、演进特征与发展趋势特征进行分析。研究表明:2008—2017年,我国区域公共体育资源协调发展水平虽有所提升,但提升幅度相对较小,目前仍处于基本协调发展状态。区域公共体育资源协调发展的空间联动效应显著,以东北(辽宁)、东部(江苏)、西部(贵州)、中部(安徽)区域为中心的“小世界”协调发展空间网络结构初步形成。区域资源协调发展呈现缓慢的波动式逐年递增的趋势发展。若按当前发展模式,我国公共体育资源区域协调发展水平将长期处于中度失调与基本协调发展水平之间。据此提出建议:(1)逐步完善区域公共体育资源协调发展的顶层设计;(2)积极健全区域公共体育资源协调发展的联动机制。(3)深入落实区域公共体育资源协调发展。

Based on the empirical basis of the economic,population,land area and public sports resource development data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China,this paper,through the coupling coordination degree model and social network analysis method,analyzed the the coordinated development status and spatial linkage effects of China's regional public sports resources,evolution characteristics and development trend.The research shows that from 2008 to 2017,the level of coordinated development of public sports resources has improved,but the increase is relatively small,and is still in a state of coordinated development.The spatial linkage effect of the coordinated development of regional public sports resources is remarkable,and the layout of a“small world”coordinated development network centered on the northeast(Liaoning),east(Jiangsu),west(Guizhou),and central(Anhui)regions has taken shape.The coordinated development of regional resources presents an obvious increasing trend year by year,but the overall improvement rate is relatively slow.According to the current development model,the regional coordinated development level will remain between a moderate imbalance and a basic coordinated development level for a long time.Accordingly,it is proposed(1)to improve the top-level design;(2)actively improve the linkage mechanism;(3)deepen the strategic measures for the coordinated development of regional public sports resources.
