摘要
介绍除碘原理。给出除碘工艺流程。分析盐水中的碘离子超标对离子膜的寿命、电流效率、电压、电解电耗及产品品质的影响。陕西金泰氯碱化工有限公司投用盐水除碘装置后,保证了进槽盐水中碘含量合格,避免了电解槽电压的逐渐升高,减小了产量的损失速率,降低了直流电耗的上升速率。
The principle of iodine removal is introduced.The process flow of iodine removal is given.The effects of excessive iodine ion in brine on the service life of ion-exchange membrane,current efficiency,voltage,electrolytic power consumption and product quality are analyzed.After Shaanxi Jintai Chlor Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd put the device of removing iodine from brine into operation,the iodine content in brine feeding into eletrolyzers is ensured to be qualified,the gradual increase in electrolyzer voltage is avoided,the loss rate of output is reduced,and the rising rate of DC power consumption is reduced.
