乡村振兴背景下农村治安现状及思考

On Rural Public Security from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的重大历史任务,"平安乡村"建设是实施"乡村振兴"战略的重要保障。随着城市化与工业化的推进,经济发展不均衡、社会结构不稳定导致的社会问题给农村治安工作带来了前所未有的压力和挑战。基于中国人民大学"千人百村"农户调查数据(2014年)分析可知,农户认为自己生活的农村治安总体状况相对较好,违法犯罪行为发生率很低,而且随着新农村建设及社会治理的逐步完善,农村的整体治安状况正在朝着良性方向发展。

Rural revitalization strategy is a major historic task of the 19th CPC national congress,and"Keeping Rural Areas Safe"is an important guarantee for the implementation of"rural revitalization"strategy.With urbanization and industrialization,social problems caused by unbalanced economic development and unstable social structure have put unprecedented pressure and challenges on rural public security.An analysis of the"Peasant Household Survey Data"from Renmin University of China(2014)suggests that people living in rural areas feel a good security environment and low crime rates.With the new rural infrastructure and improving social governance,rural areas are developing in a better environemnt of public security.
