Political construction of police is an important political basis for public security organs to strengthen their team building.Through investigations at the grassroots level of the public security organs,it was found that some public security police have problems such as low enthusiasm for political theory study,poor job identity,sense of belonging and professional glory,and inadequate team incentive mechanisms.These problems reflect the importance of strengthening the political construction of the police in the public security team.In-depth discussion of the effective ways for public security organs to strengthen political construction of police at both theoretical and practical levels,and effectively promoting the in-depth development of political construction of police in the new era,is a realistic need for public security organs to strengthen their team building in the new era.
