我国水环境生态保护制度研究

Research on ecological protection system of water environment in China

保护生态环境对人类的重要性显而易见。改革开放以来,我国在实现经济高速发展的同时,环境保护问题逐渐成为不可忽视的社会问题,其中水环境保护问题最为突出。虽然我国政府非常重视生态环境保护工作,但相比发达国家,我国的水生态环境保护制度仍然存在较大距差。对此,应当在分析研究我国水环境生态保护方面存在的不足的基础上,充分借鉴发达国家水生态环境保护方面的成功经验,探讨加强水环境生态保护的有效治理对策,进而探索出更加符合我国国情的水环境生态保护方法。

The importance of protecting the ecological environment to mankind is obvious.Since the reform and opening up,while China has achieved rapid economic development,environmental protection has gradually become a social problem that cannot be ignored,of which water environmental protection is the most prominent.Although Chinese government attaches great importance to ecological environmental protection,compared with developed countries,China’s water ecological environmental protection system still has a large gap.In this regard,on the basis of analyzing and studying the deficiencies in China’s water environment ecological protection,we should fully learn from the successful experience of developed countries’water ecological environmental protection,explore effective governance measures to strengthen ecological protection of water environment,and then explore the ecological protection methods of water environment more suitable for the national conditions of China.
