摘要
基于关系型领导理论,利用企业微观调研数据实证研究关系型领导对员工创新绩效的影响机制,分别检验组织柔性的中介作用和交互记忆系统的调节作用。结果表明:关系型领导对员工创新绩效具有显著正向影响;组织柔性在关系型领导与员工创新绩效之间起部分中介作用;交互记忆系统在关系型领导与组织柔性、关系型领导与员工创新绩效间均具有显著强化效应;组织柔性部分中介了交互记忆系统的调节作用。组织应强化关系导向型领导对员工创新绩效的积极作用。
Based on the relational leadership theory,using the micro-investigation data of enterprises,this paper empirically studies the influence mechanism of relational leadership on employee innovation perfor⁃mance,and examines the mediating effect of organizational flexibility and the moderating role of interactive memory system.The results revealed that:relational leadership imposed positive influences on employee in⁃novation performance;organizational flexibility had partial mediating effect in the relationship between rela⁃tional leadership and employee innovation performance;the interactive memory system had a significant strengthening effect on the relationship between relational leadership and organizational flexibility and be⁃tween relational leadership and employee innovation performance;organizational flexibility had a partial medi⁃ating effect on the regulation of interactive memory systems.Organizations should strengthen the positive ef⁃fect of relationship-oriented leadership on employee innovation performance.
