摘要
文章从工程机械运营模式、产品系列、市场细分、结构模块、操控性能、环保法规、绿色制造、精准服务等方面浅析了在5G、大数据、AR、人工智能等新技术影响下的未来发展趋势;分析了提质降本、长寿高效、专油专用、绿色再生、标准驱动等对工程机械润滑油的新需求,论述了对基础油和添加剂的功能本质进行深入研究的意义,提出了增加润滑油检测指标、优化测试评定手段、加强对润滑油现时现地检测技术及相关仪器进行研究、建立高质量标准以指导研发和使用油品的建议,讨论了纳米制造、废油再生等新技术,描绘了国产高端润滑油的美好前景。
The article analyzes the future development trend of construction machinery industry under the influence of 5 G,big data,AR,AI and all these sorts of new technologies from the aspects of operating mode,product series,market segmentation,structural module,manipulation performance,environmental protection regulations,green manufacturing and precise service,etc. It also analyzes the industry’ s new requirements for lubricants based on the consideration of quality improvement and cost reduction,longevity and high efficiency,designated oil for specialized purpose,green regeneration,standardization and more functions;The significance for further research on the functional nature of base oil and additives has been comprehensively dissertated in this article,which constructively proposes to create more lubricant testing indicators,optimize testing and evaluation methods,strengthen the research of on-site testing technologies and related equipment for lubricants and establish high-quality standards to guide R&D and the use of oil products;The article also discusses the new technologies such as nanomanufacturing and waste oil regeneration,which builds a bright prospect of domestic high-end lubricants.
