摘要
对比了研制的纯电动乘用汽车传动系统润滑油ETF4和实际使用的75W-90 GL-4和自动变速器油的主要性能,结果显示ETF4的运动黏度最小,剪切后运动黏度下降率最小,烘箱氧化后的击穿电压最高,长磨试验的减摩降温效果最明显。此外ETF4还具有良好的抗腐蚀和抗氧化性能。上述结果表明:相比75W-90 GL-4和自动变速器油,ETF4更加适应纯电动乘用汽车传动系统的润滑。
The main performances of ETF4 which was developed for lubricating the transmission system of pure electric passenger vehicles were compared with those of 75 W-90 GL-4 and automatic transmission fluid in use. ETF4 results show that the kinematic viscosity is the smallest as well as the decrease rate of kinematic viscosity after shearing test,the breakdown voltage after oven oxidation is the highest,the effects of friction reduction and cooling of long wear test are the most obvious. Furthermore,ETF4 holds excellent abilities of anticorrosion and antioxidation. The above results show that ETF4 is more suitable for the lubrication of pure electric passenger vehicle transmission system than 75 W-90 GL-4 and automatic transmission oil.
