文章对试验车发生的冷却液变黑现象进行原因分析,通过调查零部件、分析冷却液、对循环系统拆解等环节,最终发现引起冷却液变黑的原因是发动机组合出水管和发动机进水钢管内壁黑渣脱落。设计试验复现了冷却液变黑的现象,再次确认变黑原因为黑色电泳漆脱落,建议取消电泳涂装环节,以保证路试试验的顺利完成。

This paper analyzes the cause of the blackening of the coolant in the test vehicle. By investigating the components,analyzing the coolant,and dismantling the circulation system,it was found that the cause of the blackening of the coolant is the black slag falling off from the inner wall of the combined outlet pipe and the water inlet pipe of the engine. The phenomenon of coolant blackening was repeated in the design test. It was confirmed that the blackening is caused by the peeling off of black electrophoretic paint. It is suggested to cancel the electrophoretic coating process to ensure the successful completion of the road test.
