摘要 运用原子发射光谱技术对船舶中间轴承润滑油进行状态监测,在对获取的监测数据进行分析判断的基础上,能够得出正确诊断结论。通过对某型船舶中间轴承的监测实例,结果表明运用原子发射光谱分析技术可以实现早期发现机械设备故障,有效提高监测诊断结论的可靠性,并为设备维修决策提供依据。 The atomic emission spectrometry technology was used to monitor the oil condition of ship intermediate bearing. Based on the analysis and judgment of the monitoring data,the correct diagnosis conclusion could be obtained. Through the monitoring example of a certain type of ship’ s intermediate bearing,the results showed that the use of atomic emission spectrometry technology can realize the early detection of mechanical equipment failure,effectively improve the reliability of monitoring and diagnosis conclusion,and provide evidence for equipment maintenance decision.
