随着自动变速箱技术的发展,大功率液力变速箱越来越广泛地应用于重型非公路车辆、油田、矿山、工程机械上的传递系统,如钻井机、压裂车、固井车及其他重型自卸车等设备,文章介绍了非公路车辆设备及油田开采车辆对重负荷液力传动液的性能要求,以及KO重负荷液力传动液的性能特点、规格要求,该系列产品适用于艾里逊5000、6000、8000和9000系列非公路变速箱中。2019年在国内某油田钻探公司2500型油田压裂车艾里逊9832 OFS型变速箱中使用KO重负荷液力传动液的应用结果,表明这一系列产品具有优异的极压抗磨性能和抗氧化性能。

With the development of automatic transmission technology, high-power hydraulic gearboxes are more and more widely used in heavy off-road vehicles, oil fields, mines, and construction machinery for the transmission of power equipment, such as drilling machines, fracturing trucks, cementing trucks and other heavy dump trucks. This paper introduces the performance requirements of off-road vehicle equipments and oilfield mining vehicles for lubricants, as well as the performance characteristics and specification requirements of KO heavy-duty hydraulic transmission fluids. This series of products are suitable for Allison 5000, 6000, 8000 and 9000 series off-road gearboxes. The application results of Allison 9832 OFS gearbox in a 2500 oilfield fracturing truck of a domestic oilfield drilling company in 2019 show that KO heavy-duty hydraulic transmission fluids have excellent extreme-pressure & anti-wear property and oxidation resistance.
