采用CA 6DL 2-35发动机台架评价柴油机油烟炱引起的黏度增长性能

摘要 文章对台架的烟炱生成量和黏度增长与API(美国石油学会)规格标准台架Mack T-11之间的相关性进行了研究。采用加装了EGR系统的国产CA 6DL 2-35重负荷柴油发动机,建立了柴油机油烟炱分散性发动机台架,台架试验结果表明,二者在烟炱引起的油品黏度增长方面具有较好的相关性,通过加装EGR系统可提高CA 6DL 2-35台架的烟炱生成率。从油品开发的角度来讲,CA 6DL 2-35台架试验周期短,成本费用较低,可作为Mack T-11台架的前期油品筛选手段,提高台架通过率,从经济性看,投入科研评定,降低成本费用,经济性明显。 In this paper, the correlation between soot production and viscosity growth of CA 6 DL 2-35 bench and API Mack T-11 bench was studied. The CA 6 DL 2-35 heavy duty diesel engine equipped with EGR system was used to establish the diesel engine bench with soot dispersion. The bench experimental results show that there is a good correlation between them in the oil viscosity increase caused by soot. The EGR system is added to improve the soot generation rate of CA 6 DL 2-35 bench. From the perspective of oil research and development, due to the shorter test cycle and lower cost, CA 6 DL 2-35 bench can be used as an early oil screening method for Mack T-11 bench to improve the pass rate of the test bench. From the economic point of view, it can be put into scientific research evaluation.And it is a economy way to reduce the cost of product research and development.
