摘要 以中海油绥中36-1减一线馏分油为原料,采用一段高压加氢工艺生产的变压器油基础油,在加入添加剂复配后,其产品满足GB 2536-2011标准中I-30℃变压器油(通用)指标要求;以中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司全氢工艺生产的不同基属润滑油基础油为原料,通过与其进行组成优化,加入添加剂复配后,产品性能满足HI50X换流变压器油指标要求,产品性能与同类品牌产品性能相当,在低温性能等方面更加优异。采用加氢工艺精制程度深的变压器油没有腐蚀性硫的风险,且更加环境友好。 Taking CNOOC SZ 36-1 vacuum side cut 1 distillate as raw materials, the transformer base oil was produced by one stage high pressure hydrogenation process. After adding additives, the product can satisfy the requirements of general grade(I-30 ℃) transformer oil in GB 2536-2011 standard. Taking different lubricating base oils produced with hydrogenation technologies of CNOOC Oil & Gas(Taizhou) Petrochemical Co., LTD. as raw materials, through composition optimization and additive addition, the obtained product can meet the performance requirements of HI50 X converter transformer oil. The performances of the product are equivalent to those of similar brands, and the product is more excellent in low temperature performance. Highly refined transformer oil by hydrogenation process is of no corrosive sulfur risk and less substances hazardous to the environment.
