Objective To explore the application value of nurse led lung rehabilitation training in nursing of patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 58 patients with lung cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)according to randomnumber table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given lung rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group, forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results After nursing,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of common symptoms and complications, social function, psychological function, physical function and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse led lung rehabilitation training in patients with lung cancer radiotherapy can enhance the lung function of patients, improve the quality of life, and can be widely used.
