整体护理干预在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产中的应用

Application of holistic nursing intervention in vaginal trial of scar uterus repregnancy

目的探讨整体护理干预在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产中的应用效果。方法选择阳江市妇幼保健院2019年7月~2020年8月的122例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=61)与观察组(n=61)。对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组开展整体护理干预。比较两组的阴道试产成功率、总产程、产后出血量、住院时间、产后并发症,调查产妇对护理服务的满意程度。结果观察组的阴道试产成功率(86.89%)高于对照组(63.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总产程短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,产后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为98.36%(60/61)高于对照组的83.61%(51/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产中应用可提升阴道试产成功率,缩短总产程,降低产后出血量及并发症发生,缩短住院时间,提升产妇对护理服务的满意程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in vaginal trial of scar uterus repregnancy.Methods From July 2019 to August 2020,122 cases of obstetric women with scar uterus with second pregnancy vaginal trial were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=61)and the observation group(n=61)by random number table method.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group and overall nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group.The success rate of vaginal trial delivery,total labor,postpartum hemorrhage,length of hospital stay,and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups to investigate the satisfaction degree of parturients with nursing services.Results The success rate of vaginal trial production in the observation group(86.89%)was higher than that of the control group(63.93%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total labor was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of postpartum bleeding was less than that of the control group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the postpartum total complications were lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 98.36%(60/61)higher than that of the control group of 83.61%(51/61),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention in vaginal trial labor of scar uterus repregnancy can improving the success rate of vaginal trial labor,shorting the total labor,reducing the amount of postpartum bleeding and complications,shorting the length of hospital stay,and improving the maternal satisfaction with nursing services.
