献血服务质量关键性指标对固定献血者保留的作用分析

Analysis of the effect of key indicators of blood donation service quality on retention of fixed blood donors

目的探讨献血服务质量关键性指标对固定献血者保留的作用。方法选择2018年6月~2019年6月广州血液中心的120例献血者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(60例)与实验组(60例)。参照组初次献血者采取常规护理,实验组采取关键性指标护理,观察两组的固定献血者转化成功率、一次性采血成功率及护理满意评分。结果护理后,实验组的固定献血者转化成功率和一次性采血成功率高于参照组,实验组的护理满意评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初次献血者护理时,采用献血服务质量关键性指标护理,能够提高固定献血者转化成功率,提升护理质量,对献血者提供安全保障,为临床血液使用提供有效帮助,有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of key indicators of blood donation service quality on retention of fixed blood donors.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,120 blood donors admitted to Guangzhou Blood Center,Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide the blood donors into the reference group(60 cases)and the experimental group(60 cases).Among them,the reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received key indicator nursing.The conversion success rate,the success rate of one-time blood collection and the nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were observed.Results After nursing the first-time blood donors,the conversion success rate and one-time blood sampling success rate of the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,the nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of primary blood donors,the key index nursing of blood donation service quality can improve the success rate of transformation of fixed blood donors,improve the quality of nursing and provide safety and security for blood donors.To provide effective help for clinical blood use,has the promotion value.
