摘要
提出一种数控LLC谐振电源设计方案。首先使用基波等效法简化LLC谐振电路,分析其稳态特性,进行了谐振网络的设计。然后采用示波器和信号发生器通过在控制回路中注入小信号对整个控制回路的开环频率特性进行了测量,并在此基础上设计了数字控制环路PI补偿器。与传统的采用小信号模型的动态特性指导设计控制环路的方法不同,本文所采用的直接测量控制回路的开环频率特性指导PI补偿器设计的方法,理论上简单可靠。最后通过实验证明所设计的电源能够实现软开关功能,进行稳定的工作。
A design scheme of numerical control LLC resonant power supply is introduced in this paper.Firstly,the fundamental equivalent method is used to simplify the LLC resonant circuit,which was used to analyse its steady-state characteristics and design the resonant network.An oscilloscope and a signal generator were used to measure the open loop frequency characteristics of the control loop by injecting small signals into the control loop,which was used to design a PI compensator of the digital control loop.Different from the traditional method of using the small signal model to guide the design of the control loop,this method is simple in theory and reliable.Finally,the experiment proves that the designed power supply can realize the function of soft switch and stable work.
