日本法学教育改革得失与启示

Gain and Loss of Japan’s Law Education Reform and Its Enlightenment

20世纪末,日本经济发生巨变,法治环境也随之变化。旧有的法学教育体系无法适应新的情况,所以日本进行了一场轰轰烈烈的法学教育改革,建立了一整套以法科大学院制度为核心的新体系。10余年来,这套新体系取得了良好效果,但仍面临许多问题。我国正处在改革的关键节点,可借鉴日本的相关经验和教训,为法学教育改革探求一条合理化的发展路径。

At the end of the twentieth century,Japan's economy has undergone tremendous changes,and the legal environment has also changed.The old legal education system was unable to adapt to the new situation,which prompted Japan to carry out a vigorous legal education reform and establish a whole set of new systems centered on the law school system.Over the past ten years,this new system has achieved good results,but it still faces many problems.Our country is at the critical point of reform,and we can learn from the relevant experience and lessons of Japan to explore a rational path for the reform of law education.
