摘要 脑出血是由脑内血管破裂引起的,常常会导致成人的高死亡率和致残率。脑出血后神经细胞凋亡,神经干细胞可分化为神经元和胶质细胞改善脑出血后神经功能障碍,但内源性神经干细胞分化数量极其有限;骨髓间充质干细胞具有分化为神经、肌肉等组织的潜能,移植入脑后可分化为神经干细胞并进一步产生新生神经细胞,从而可用于移植治疗脑出血,但治疗效果受到多方面的影响。碱性成纤维细胞生长因子已证实对骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗有促进作用,可以放大骨髓间充质干细胞的移植治疗效果。本文就碱性成纤维细胞生长因子修饰骨髓间充质干细胞后对脑出血后神经功能影响的研究进展做一综述,旨在为脑出血治疗方法研究提供参考。 Intracerebral hemorrhage is caused by rupture of cerebral blood vessels,which often leads to high mortality and disability rate of adults.Neural cells apoptosis occurs after intracerebral hemorrhage,and neural stem cells can differentiate into neurons and glial cells to improve neurological dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage,but the number of endogenous neural stem cells differentiation is extremely restricted.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have the potential to differentiate into nerve,muscle and other tissues.After transplantation into the brain,they can differentiate into neural stem cells and further produce newborn neural cells,which can be used for transplantation to treat intracerebral hemorrhage,but the therapeutic efficacy is affected by many factors.Basic fibroblast growth factor has been proved to promote the transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and can boost the therapeutic efficacy of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation.In this paper,the impacts of basic fibroblast growth factor modified bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on neurological function after intracerebral hemorrhage were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the research of treatment methods of intracerebral hemorrhage.
