艾灸联合耳穴压豆预防人工流产综合反应的护理效果

Nursing research on Moxa Moxibustion combined with auricular points plaster therapy to prevent comprehensive reaction of induced abortion

目的探究艾灸联合耳穴压豆预防人工流产综合反应的临床效果。方法选择2020年3—7月在广东省东莞市寮步医院行人工流产术的120例患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数表法将其分为三组,其中对照组(n=40)予以常规护理,耳穴组(n=40)予以常规护理+耳穴压豆,联合组(n=40)予以常规护理+耳穴压豆+艾灸。观察三组术后不同时间点腹部疼痛评分、术后2 h阴道流血情况以及人工流产综合反应发生情况。结果耳穴组、联合组人工流产术后30 min、术后1 h的疼痛评分(VAS)均明显低于对照组,而联合组的VAS分值低于耳穴组(P<0.05)。联合组术后2 h阴道流血量、阴道出血持续时间显著短于耳穴组、对照组(P<0.05)。联合组、耳穴组的人工流产综合反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合耳穴压豆能够显著减轻人工流产术后患者疼痛感,减少阴道出血量,并有助于预防人工流产综合反应发生,利于促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Moxa Moxibustion combined with auricular points plaster therapy to prevent comprehensive reaction of induced abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing induced abortion in Liaobu Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province from March to July 2020 were selected for prospective research.They were divided into the control group(n=40),the auricular points group(n=40)and the combined group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,the auricular points group was treated with conventional nursing combined with auricular points plaster therapy,while the combined group was treated with the combination of conventional nursing,auricular points plaster therapy and Moxa Moxibustion.The abdominal pain score at different time points after operation,the vaginal hemorrhage volume within 2 hours after operation and the occurrence of comprehensive reaction of induced abortion were observed.Results The pain VAS scores of the auricular points group and the combined group within 30 min and 1 h after induced abortion were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the auricular points group(P<0.05).With 2 hours after operation,the vaginal hemorrhage volume and vaginal hemorrhage duration in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the auricular points group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the comprehensive reaction rates of induced abortion in the combination group and the auricular points group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxa Moxibustion combined with auricular points plaster therapy can significantly relieve the pain of patients after induced abortion,reduce the vaginal hemorrhage volume,and help prevent the comprehensive reaction of induced abortion,which is conducive to promoting the early recovery of patients.
