随访性护理对门诊青光眼患者用药依从性的影响

Impacts of follow-up nursing on medication compliance of glaucoma patients in outpatient department

目的分析随访性护理对门诊青光眼患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取潜江市中心医院2019年8月至2020年8月期间收治的78例青光眼患者,采取随机数字法分为观察组(予随访性护理)和对照组(予常规护理),比较两组患者分别护理后对护理的护理满意度、青光眼相关知识水平、用药依从性以及正确性、视力及眼压。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组青光眼知识水平评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药依从率和用药正确性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视力以及眼压明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在青光眼患者的护理中对患者采用随访性护理,可有效提高患者的用药依从性,并提高患者对护理的满意度,改善患者视力和眼内压,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze the impacts of follow-up nursing on medication compliance of glaucoma patients in outpatient department.Methods A total of 78 glaucoma patients admitted to Qianjiang Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(with follow-up nursing)and the control group(with conventional nursing)according to the random number table.The nursing satisfaction,glaucoma related knowledge level,medication compliance and accuracy,visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The knowledge level of glaucoma in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The compliance rate and accuracy of medication in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Follow-up nursing for glaucoma patients can effectively increase patients’medication compliance,boost patients’satisfaction with nursing,and improve patients’visual acuity and intraocular pressure,which is worthy of clinical reference.
