基于文献计量的我国患者就医选择偏好及影响因素分析

Analysis of Chinese patients’medical choice preference and its impacting factors based on bibliometrics

目的基于文献计量分析我国患者就医选择的偏好特征及其影响因素。方法通过文献检索,提取中国知网数据库2010—2019年有关患者就医选择偏好特征及影响因素的文献。根据文献内容提取相关指标,形成患者就医选择偏好和影响因素评价指标体系。结果文献数量总体呈上升趋势,2013后增加明显;地域研究范围相对广泛,多采用横断面研究方法。患者就医选择的偏好指标体系包括一、二、三指标各8、15、36个,其中经济费用、服务水平、医院技术水平等为一级指标。共有21个患者就医偏好的影响因素,主要一级因素为个人因素、健康因素、经济因素。结论患者就医行为偏好特征的研究逐渐受到青睐,患者就医选择的偏好特征受到主观和客观多因素影响,并且不同人群有明显差异。厘清患者就医的驱动力和关注点,有助于形成科学有序就医格局,进一步保障和改善民生。

Objective To analyze the features of Chinese patients’medical choice preference and its impacting factors based on bibliometrics.Methods Through literature retrieval,the literature on the features and impacting factors of patients’medical choice preference from 2010 to 2019 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database was extracted.According to the literature content,relevant indexes were extracted to form an evaluation indexes system of patients’medical choice preference and impacting factors.Results The quantity of literature was generally in an upward trend,and it has increased significantly since 2013.The scope of regional research was relatively extensive,and crosssectional research method was mostly adopted.There were 8,15 and 36 indexes in the first,second and third levels of indexes system for patients’medical choice preference respectively,among which economic expense,service level and hospital technology level,etc.,were the first level indexes.There were 19 impacting factors of patients’medical choice preference,and the first level factors were mainly personal factors,health factors and economic factors.Conclusion The research on the features of patients’medical choice preference is gradually favored.The features of patients’medical choice preference are impacted by subjective and objective factors,and there are significant differences among different population groups.Clarifying the driving forces and concerns of patients’medical treatment will be conducive to forming a scientific and orderly medical treatment pattern,and further protect and improve people’s livelihood.
