研究型医院是现代医院发展和管理的一种新模式,其核心在于从多层面激发医院科技创新活力并转化为现实竞争力,从而推动医疗、教学和研究水平均衡发展。本文通过探索党建工作与科技工作协同发展路径,充分发挥基层党组织在医疗卫生体系中的政治核心与战斗堡垒作用,提升医院科技竞争力,开创研究型医院建设与发展的新局面。

The research-oriented hospital is a new model for the development and management of modern hospitals.Its core lies in stimulating the vitality of scientific and technological innovation in hospitals from multiple levels and transforming it into realistic competitiveness,so as to promote the balanced development of medical treatment,teaching and research levels.Through exploring the way of promoting the coordinated development of Party building combined with scientific and technological work,full exertion to the role of grass-roots Party organizations as the political core and fighting bastion in the medical and health system was given,the scientific and technological competitiveness of hospitals was promoted,and a new situation in the construction and development of researchoriented hospitals was created in this paper.
