Review on study of laparoscopic radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma in China

肝门部胆管癌(HCCA)恶性程度高,根治性切除是惟一可能治愈疾病的手段。我国腹腔镜HCCA根治性切除术(LRRHcca)正逐步进入快速发展阶段,腹腔镜手术的微创优势使病人术后恢复快、并发症少。以往发表的文献数据已证明在大型肝胆外科中心,由具备丰富腹腔镜肝胆胰手术经验的外科医师主刀,在选择合适的病例的前提下,LRRHcca可安全实施,但其近期和远期疗效有待于更高级别的临床研究论证。

Hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA)is highly malignant.Radical resection is the only possible cure.Laparoscopic radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma(LRRHcca)is gradually entering a stage of rapid development in China.The minimally invasive advantages of laparoscopic surgery enable patients to recover quickly and have fewer complications.Previously published literature data has proved that in large hepatobiliary surgery centers,LRRHcca can be safely implemented by surgeons with rich experience in laparoscopic hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,and under the premise of selecting appropriate cases.However,the shortterm and long-term effects need to be demonstrated by advanced clinical studies.
