The treatment methods of extrahepatic bile duct stones are gradually diversified and minimally invasive,and the"three-mirror"combined surgery represented by laparoscopy,choledochoscopy and duodenoscopy has replaced the traditional open surgery in clinical application more and more.With the application of endoscopic ultrasonography,3D laparoscopy,robotic surgery system,Spyglass endoscopic system and other high-tech products,the minimally invasive advantages of biliary surgery are more fully reflected.Surgeons should be familiar with the merits and demerits of minimally invasive techniques and follow the principle of individualization to make reasonable treatment plans.
