铁路隧道工程绿色施工障碍研究

Research on Obstacles of Green Construction for Railway Tunnel Engineering

为推动铁路隧道工程实施绿色施工,采用经典扎根方法、决策实验室分析法和解释结构模型方法,构建铁路隧道工程实施绿色施工障碍因素的六级阶梯结构模型。在此基础上,找出"绿色施工技术适用性差"和"企业决策层对绿色施工不重视"两个根源障碍因素。最后,提出从法律政策和技术等方面着手克服根源障碍的意见和建议。

In order to advance green construction in railway tunnel engineering,a six-hierarchystepped structure model of green construction in railway tunnel engineering,based on the classical grounded theory,ISM and DEMATEL,is established.On this basis,two grounded obstacle factors such as poor applicability of green construction techniques and enterprise decision-makers’neglecting of green construction,are discussed.Some suggestions are put forward to overcome the grounded obstacle factors from the aspects of laws,policies and technologies.
