巴山重楼的皂苷类化学成分研究

Saponin constituents in Paris bashanensis

目的研究巴山重楼根茎的皂苷类化学成分。方法利用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱等方法,从巴山重楼根茎70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离化合物,通过MS、^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、2D-NMR和化学手段等鉴定其结构。结果分离得到7个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:lycianthoside A(1)、methylprotodioscin(2)、偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、borassoside E(4)、26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-3β,26-二羟基-22-甲氧基-(25R)-5α-呋甾-6-酮-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、allimacroside E(6)和(25R)-螺甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从巴山重楼中分离得到。

Objective To determine the saponin constituents from the rhizomes of Paris bashanensis.Methods The compounds form n-butanol fraction of 70%ethanol extraction was separated and purified with silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,which were identified by MS,^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,2D-NMR and other chemical methods.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as lycianthoside A(1),methylprotodioscin(2),pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyrano-side(3),borassoside E(4),26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,26-dihydroxy-22-methoxyl-(25R)-5α-furostan-6-one-3-O-α-L arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),allimacroside E(6),and(25R)-spirost-5-en-3β,7α-diol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion Compounds 1-7 have been obtained from Paris bashanensis for the first time.
