摘要
目的研究水葱根茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从水葱根茎水提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲醇(1)、对羟基苯甲醛(2)、对羟基苯甲酸(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、香草酸(5)、香草醛(6)、2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基)-1-苯丙酮(7)、肉桂酸(8)、对羟基肉桂酸(9)、咖啡酸(10)、阿魏酸(11)、5-羟基麦芽酚(12)、3-羟基曲酸(13)、西番莲内酯(14)。结论化合物1、7、12~14为首次从莎草科植物中分离得到,化合物2~6,8~11为首次从水葱植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the chemical constitutes from rhizome of Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,polyamide,ODS,and Sephadex LH-20 gel.Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and NMR analysis.Results Fourteen compounds were obtained from the H2O extract of rhizome of Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani and identified as p-hydroxylbenzyl alcohol(1),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(2),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(3),protocatechuic acid(4),vanillic acid(5),vanillin(6)2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(7),cinnamic acid(8),p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(9),caffeic acid(10),ferulic acid(11),5-hydroxymaltol(12),3-hydroxykojic acid(13),and passiflactone(14).Conclusion Compounds 1,7,12-14 have been isolated from Cyperaceae for the first time.Compounds 2-6,8-11 are isolated from Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani for the first time.
