川乌炮制历史沿革以及现代应用研究进展

Research progress in the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and history of Aconiti Radix processing

川乌始载于《神农本草经》并列为下品。古籍中对川乌炮制方法记载较多,现在主要有净制、蒸或煮制。目前对川乌炮制前后化学成分变化的研究主要体现在生物碱类、挥发性成分以及无机元素、微量元素这几个方面。川乌的药理作用主要表现在强心、抗肿瘤、抗炎镇痛、免疫调节等方面,临床上主要用来治疗痹症。本文主要对古代本草、医籍,现代药典、地方中药饮片炮制规范等进行查阅、分析、整理,同时对炮制沿革、炮制前后化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用等展开论述,以期为川乌的后续研究提供参考。

Aconiti Radix was first recorded in"Shennong Herbal Classic"and listed as inferior herb.There exist many records about the processing of Aconiti Radix in ancient books,and nclude cleanning,steaming or boiling.At present,the research on the changes of chemical compositions of Aconiti Radix before and after the processing mainly focuses on alkaloids,volatile oils,inorganic elements and trace elements.The pharmacological effects of Aconiti Radix mainly cover heart strengthening,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects,and immunoregulation.This article consulted,analyzed,or organized ancient herbal medicines,medical books,modern pharmacopoeias,and local Chinese herbal medicine processing specifications,at the same time,the chemical components and pharmacological effects before and after the processing and processing history.
