小檗碱抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

Research progress in the antitumor mechanism of berberine

小檗碱具有广泛的药理活性,对肿瘤具有明确的抑制作用,但其抗肿瘤的作用机制尚无统一定论。本文基于近年来国内外学者的研究基础,从细胞周期和凋亡、细胞自噬、侵袭和转移、肿瘤微环境、microRNA表达、端粒酶活性及肠道菌群的调节等方面,对小檗碱的抗肿瘤作用机制研究作一综述,为小檗碱的抗肿瘤应用提供参考。

Berberine has many pharmacological activities and definite inhibitory effect on tumor,but its anti-tumor mechanism has not been unanimously concluded.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,this paper summarized the anti-tumor mechanism of berberine from the cell cycle and apoptosis,autophagy,invasion and metastasis,tumor microenvironment,micro RNA expression regulation,telomerase activity and intestinal flora,so as to provide reference for the anti-tumor application of berberine.
