摘要
西洋参果是五加科人参属植物西洋参的成熟果实,目前从西洋参果中已分离鉴定出40多种皂苷类成分,此外,西洋参果中还含有多糖、脂肪酸、氨基酸、无机元素等多种活性成分。研究表明西洋参果具有与西洋参根相同或相似的生理活性物质。最新药理实验研究证明,西洋参果具有清除自由基的功能而产生抗氧化作用,并在抗心肌缺血、抗肿瘤、降糖、增强免疫力等方面具有良好的功效。所以本文对西洋参果的化学成分及生物活性进行综述,以期为西洋参果的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。
American ginseng berry is the mature berry of American ginseng.At present,more than 40 saponins have been isolated and identified from American ginseng berry.In addition,American ginseng berry also contains active ingredients such as polysaccharides,fatty acids,amino acids,and inorganic elements.Studies have shown that American ginseng berry has the same or similar physiologically active substances as American ginseng root.The latest pharmacological experiments have proved that American ginseng berry has the function of scavenging free radicals to produce antioxidant effects,and has good effects in anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,and immune enhancement.Therefore,this article reviews the chemical components and biological activities of American ginseng berry,expect to provide reference for the further research and development of American ginseng berry.
