摘要
目的通过实现输液批次决策标准化,提高静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)工作质量,给区域性PIVAS建设提供基础。方法根据本院PIVAS多年手动批次决策经验,制订完善的批次决策规则,利用信息化手段将规则程序化,实现系统一键批次决策。同时,研究了自动批次决策系统应用效果。结果自动批次决策系统构建完成,PIVAS药学技术人员从14人减少到13人,编排批次时间从2 h减少到10 min,病区未再因批次问题向药学部提出异议。结论该项目实施后患者输液批次真正做到编排一致性,同质化管理,PIVAS人员工作效率得到提高。
Objective To improve the quality of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)through the standardization of infusion batch decision,and to lay a foundation for the construction of regional PIVAS.Methods This project was based on years of experience with manual batch decision of PIVAS in our hospital.The batch decision rules were formed and improved,and programmed with information.Meanwhile,the application of the automatic batch decision system was studied.Results The automatic batch decision system was constructed.The number of pharmaceutical staff was reduced from 14 to 13,and the batch arrangement time was reduced from 2 h to 10 min.Conclusion The infusion batches for patients become really consistent.The efficiency of the staff in the PIVAS section has been improved.
