摘要
本文报道了1例通过二代基因测序技术确诊为鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎并成功治愈的病例。临床药师参与其临床用药方案的跟踪及用药监护,提出治疗建议,查找相关文献,对鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎临床症状、微生物检测及抗感染治疗方案进行分析和讨论,为临床治疗此种罕见病原体感染提供依据。
A case of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia was reported.Clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infection therapy for the patient,provided medication monitoring and treatment recommendations,searched relevant literature,and analyzed the clinical symptoms,microbial testing and anti-infective treatment options for the patient with chlamydia psittaci pneumonia,providing the evidence for clinical treatment of this rare pathogen infection.
