新时代粤西地区铁路网络规划布局研究

Research on railway network planning and layout in western Guangdong Province in the new era

"十三五"时期,粤西地区铁路发展取得了较显著的成效,但与广东省其他地区相比,还存在发展不平衡不充分的问题。文章以新时代对粤西地区铁路网络发展的要求为出发点,对其运输需求进行预测,针对路网层次及总体布局提出以下建议,即重点完善粤西地区与北部湾城市群的便捷客货运通道,打通粤西地区、海南自贸区北上的新通道,形成"一轴三带多支"分层次的铁路客货运通道大格局,以期为其他地区的铁路网规划提供参考。

During the 13th Five Year Plan period,the railway development in western Guangdong Province has made remarkable achievements.Compared with other regions of Guangdong Province,there are still problems of unbalanced development.Based on the requirements of the railway network development in the western Guangdong Province in the new era,this paper forecasts the transport demand,and puts forward some suggestions for the network level and overall layout,namely,to improve the service to passenger and freight transport corridors between the western Guangdong region and Beibuwan Bay urban agglomeration,and to open the new corridors in the west of Guangdong and the north of Hainan Free Trade Zone.The layout of One Axis,Three Corridors and Multiple Branch Lines of railway passenger and freight transport corridor pattern is formed up,in order to provide reference for the planning of railway network in other areas.
