基于周仲瑛教授扶正化浊法辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期经验

Differentiating and Treating COVID-19 in Recovery Period Based on Professor ZHOU Zhongying’s Experience with Fuzheng Huazhuo Method

针对当前新型冠状肺炎恢复期调治的临床问题,从审证求机角度,依据国医大师周仲瑛教授研制的《江苏省新型冠状病毒肺炎中医辨治方案(试行第三版)》中的恢复期辨治思路,强调新冠肺炎患者恢复期的治疗,在补益肺脾或益气养阴的基础上,还应针对浊瘀阻络等余邪未尽的临床表现进行辨治,避免一味补益而导致浊毒残留难尽,病情迁延。文中列举一例曾因新冠肺炎三次住院治疗的恢复期患者的调治经验。

In view of the clinical problems of the COVID-19 during the recovery period,seeking the pathogenesis by syndrome differentiation,based on the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in traditional chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province(Trial Third Edition)developed by the TCM master ZHOU Zhongying,emphasizing the treatment of patients with COVID-19 in the recovery period,on the basis of supplementing lungs and spleen or supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,it should also be differentiated from the clinical manifestations of"Pathogenic Factor",such as turbid blood stasis collaterals,to avoid blindly supplementing and causing turbid poison remnants are endless and the condition continues.The article lists a case of convalescent patients who had been hospitalized for three times due to COVID-19.
