滋肾回春饮结合小剂量激素对女性更年期综合征疗效、雌激素水平影响研究

Effect of Zishen Huichun Decoction Combined with Low-dose Hormone for Female Climacteric Syndrome and Estrogen Level

目的:观察滋肾回春饮结合小剂量激素对女性更年期综合征疗效、雌激素水平影响。方法:研究纳入91例女性更年期综合征患者,均由我院2018年1月~2020年2月收治,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者(45例)采取小剂量激素治疗,观察组患者(46例)采取滋肾回春饮结合小剂量激素治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状(烦躁易怒、心悸失眠、烘热汗出、腰腿酸痛、记忆力减退、月经失调等)积分变化、血清性激素水平变化及免疫功能指标变化、不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者烦躁易怒、心悸失眠、烘热汗出、腰腿酸痛、记忆力减退、月经失调等中医症状积分、血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)等性激素水平、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_8~+水平比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者烦躁易怒、心悸失眠、烘热汗出、腰腿酸痛、记忆力减退、月经失调等中医症状积分、E2、LH、FSH等性激素水平、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_8~+水平均显著改善,观察组患者治疗后烦躁易怒、心悸失眠、烘热汗出、腰腿酸痛、记忆力减退、月经失调等中医症状积分、E2、LH、FSH等性激素水平、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_8~+水平等指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应率(0.00%)低于对照组(13.33%),P<0.05。结论:滋肾回春饮结合小剂量激素对女性更年期综合征疗效显著,患者症状改善,不良反应率低,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the effect of Zishen Huichun Decoction combined with low-dose hormone for female climacteric syndrome and estrogen level.Methods:Study included 91 patients with female climacteric syndrome,all by our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were analyzed,with random number table method divided the patients into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group patients(45 cases)treated with small-dose of hormone,the observation group of patients(46 cases)treated with Zishen Huichun Decoction combined with small-dose of hormone treatment,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms before and after the treatment(irritability,palpitations insomnia,baking hot sweat,waist and leg pain,memory loss,menstrual disorders,etc.)changes integral,serum sex hormone levels,adverse reaction and immune function index changes.Results:The total effective rate(95.65%)in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(80.00%),P<0.05.Before the treatment,the two groups of patients with irritable,palpitations insomnia,baking hot sweat,waist and leg pain,menstrual disorders,memory loss,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicular hormone(FSH)and sex hormone levels,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+level comparison,P>0.05,groups of patients after treatment of irritability,palpitations insomnia,baking hot sweat,waist and leg pain,menstrual disorders,memory loss,Chinese medicine symptom integral,E2,LH,FSH and sex hormone levels,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+levels were significantly improved,After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,E2,LH,FSH,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and other indicators were all better in the observation group than in the controlled group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(0.00%)was lower than that in the controlled group(13.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Zishen Huichun Decoction combined with low-dose hormone has a significant effect for female climacterium syndrome with improved symptoms,low adverse reaction rate,safety and reliability.
