中医综合康复疗法联合延续性功能锻炼在结肠癌术后应用效果的研究

Study on Effective Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Continuous Functional Exercise after Colon Cancer Surgery

目的:观察中医综合康复疗法联合延续性功能锻炼对结肠癌术后应用效果的影响。方法:将100例患者平均分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组应用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上应用中医综合康复疗法联合延续性功能锻炼。结果:观察组肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复、排便时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组入睡耗时、夜醒次数、睡眠时长、睡眠深度、醒后感受、做梦情况和睡眠障碍总分均下降,观察组入睡耗时、夜醒次数、睡眠时长、睡眠深度、醒后感受、做梦情况和睡眠障碍总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠梗阻1例,恶心呕吐1例,下肢静脉血栓2例,感染1例,总发生率为10.0%(5/50);对照组肠梗阻4例,恶心呕吐2例,下肢静脉血栓3例,感染3例(6.0%),吻合口出血1例,总发生率为26.0%(13/50);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理措施相比,中医综合康复疗法联合延续性功能锻炼对结肠癌术后应用效果较好,缩短肛门排气和住院时间,减轻腹胀,促进排便;明显地提高睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生,加快患者的康复进程。

Objective:To study 100 cases of postoperative colon cancer patients and observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with continuous functional exercise on the effect of postoperative colon cancer.Methods:100 patients were equally divided into a controlled group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The controlled group used conventional nursing measures,and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with continuous functional exercise on the basis of conventional nursing measures.Results:The observation group’s anus exhaust,bowel sound recovery,defecation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the time spent on falling asleep,the number of waking up at night,the length of sleep,the depth of sleep,the feeling after waking,the dreaming situation and the total score of sleep disturbance between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The total scores of sleep duration,sleep depth,feeling after waking,dreaming,and sleep disorders all decreased.The total scores of the observation group’s time to fall asleep,number of awakenings,sleep duration,sleep depth,feelings after waking,dreaming and sleep disorders were all low in the controlled group(P<0.05).In the observation group,1 case of intestinal obstruction(2.00%),1 case of nausea and vomiting(2.00%),2 cases of lower limb venous thrombosis(4.00%),1 case of infection(2.00%),the total incidence was 10.00%(5/50).In the controlled group,there were 4 cases of intestinal obstruction(8.00%),2 cases of nausea and vomiting(4.00%),3 cases of lower limb venous thrombosis(6.00%),3 cases of infection(6.00%),and 1 case of anastomotic bleeding(2.00%).The rate was 26.00%(13/50),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing measures,the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with continuous functional exercise has a better application effect for colon cancer surgery,can shorten anal exhaust and hospitalization time,reduce abdominal distension,promote defecation,significantly improve sleep quality,reduce complications and can accelerate the patient’s recovery proces .
