Pickering乳剂是一种使用固体颗粒作为稳定剂的乳剂,因此其稳定性、类型、形态、性质等都与固体颗粒的性质密切相关。Pickering乳剂不含表面活性剂,因此安全性、稳定性都优于经典乳剂。使用的稳定剂种类应根据Pickering乳剂的具体类型、特性和应用决定。通过表面修饰,或与其他剂型(微球、微囊)制备技术联用,Pickering乳剂可获得缓释、刺激响应性等特殊功能,在药物递送方面有较大优势。本文介绍了Pickering乳剂的原理、常用的固体颗粒以及在医药领域的应用,以期为Pickering乳剂的研发提供一定的参考。

Pickering emulsions are emulsions using solid particles as stabilizers,whose stability,type,morphology,properties and so on are closely related to the properties of solid particles.Pickering emulsions contain no surfactants,which are safer and more stable than classic emulsions.The stabilizers(solid particles)should be selected according to the specific type,characteristics and application of Pickering emulsions.Through surface modification,or in combination with other preparation technologies(such as microspheres and microcapsules),Pickering emusions can obtain special characteristics such as sustained-release and stimulus-response,which would bring great advantages in drug delivery.In this paper,the principle,commonly used solid particles and applications of Pickering emulsions in pharmaceutical fields are introduced,in order to provide some references for the research and development of Pickering emulsions.
