摘要
本研究首先通过筛选获得了一株产喷他霉素的玫瑰藤黄链霉菌SIPI 2776-N1(产量为1.5 g/L),然后对其发酵的碳源和氮源进行筛选,并优化发酵培养基配方。结果表明,油脂对喷他霉素的合成有明显影响,棕榈油有利于产物的合成。摇瓶的发酵产量达到2.7 g/L。在5 L发酵罐中,通过调整培养基和采用分批补料的策略,使喷他霉素的产量达到5.8 g/L,为下一步工业化生产提供基础。
In this study,a pentamycin-producing fungus,which was Streptomyce roseo luteus SIPI 2776-N1(the yield was 1.5 g/L),was obtained through screening.The carbon source and nitrogen source of its fermentation were screened,and the fermentation medium formula was optimized.The results showed that oil had a significant effect on the synthesis of pentamycin.Palm oil was conducive to the synthesis of products,and the fermentation yield of shake flasks reached 2.7 g/L.In the 5 L fermenter,through adjusting the medium and adopting the strategy of batch feeding,the output of pentamycin was reached to 5.8 g/L,which provided a basis for the next step of industrial production.
