具有泡沫自动检测及消除功能的智能旋转蒸发装置开发及应用 被引量:1

Development and Application of Intelligent Rotary Evaporation Device with Automatic Foam Detection and Elimination Functions

摘要 本研究设计了一种具有泡沫自动检测及消除功能的智能旋转蒸发装置,旨在提升易起泡中药提取液旋转蒸发浓缩过程的自动化控制水平和浓缩效率。在普通实验室旋转蒸发装置中引入光纤传感器、可编程逻辑控制器及电磁阀得到智能旋转蒸发装置。保持相同浓缩条件,即转速70 r/min、水浴温度55℃和真空泵初始压力0.09 MPa,分别运用智能旋转蒸发装置与普通旋转蒸发装置对3种浓度的甘草回流液(回流液①、回流液②和混合回流液)进行浓缩并记录浓缩时间,运用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果表明,上述3种回流液采用智能旋转蒸发装置所需的浓缩时间均显著小于采用普通旋转蒸发装置时所需的时间(P<0.01),3次试验的RSD值也低于普通旋转蒸发装置;并且,浓缩效率分别提升了47%、40%和21%。由此可见,本研究开发的智能旋转蒸发装置能有效提升易起泡中药提取液旋转蒸发浓缩过程的自动化控制水平和浓缩效率,保证浓缩工艺平稳有序进行。 An intelligent rotary evaporation device with automatic foam detection and elimination functions was developed to improve the level of automation control and concentration efficiency in the rotary evaporation process of easy-foaming liquid extract of Chinese medicines.The intelligent rotary evaporation device was obtained by integrating optical fiber sensor,programmable logic controller(PLC)and solenoid valve with ordinary laboratory rotary evaporation device.Under the same concentration conditions:speed of 70 r/min,water bath temperature of55℃,initial pressure of vacuum pump of 0.09 MPa,both the intelligent rotary evaporation device and the ordinary one were used for condensing three concentrations of reflux liquid of licorice(reflux①,reflux②and mixed reflux).The required concentration time of different reflux liquids treated with two devices was recorded and the data were analyzed by SPSS software.The results showed that a statistically significant difference of concentration time was observed on these two devices(P<0.01),and the concentration time on intelligent rotary evaporation device were significantly shorter than that of the ordinary one for the same licorice reflux liquid.Importantly,RSD values of the concentration time on the intelligent rotary evaporation device were significantly lower than the deviation values on the ordinary one.Besides,concentration efficiency of the intelligent rotary evaporation device increased by 47%,40%and 21%in reflux①,reflux②and mixed reflux,respectively.It was concluded that the developed intelligent rotary evaporation device could effectively improve the level of automation control and the concentration efficiency of the easy-foaming liquid extract of Chinese medicines,which could ensure the orderly operation of the concentration process.
