单向和往复走刀方式的Sn-Bi合金异形曲面铣削加工表面质量与参数优化 被引量:2

Surface Quality and Parameter Optimization of Sn-Bi Alloy Abnormity Shaped Surface Under Zig and Zig-Zag Milling Conditions

摘要 为了提高Sn-Bi合金曲面铣削加工表面质量,分别基于单向走刀方式(Zig)和往复走刀方式(Zig-Zag)进行Sn-Bi合金异形曲面铣削试验,采用田口法设计分析不同铣削因素(主轴转速、铣削深度、进给速度、铣削行距)对表面粗糙度的影响规律。基于稳健性优化原理对实验结果进行分析,研究结果表明:Zig、Zig-Zag铣削方式对表面加工质量具有明显的影响,且Zig铣削质量更高;不同铣削方式下,均有铣削行距对表面粗糙度影响最大,铣削深度、进给速度影响次之,主轴转速影响最小的规律;得到不同铣削方式的最佳工艺参数,理论分析结果与实验结果吻合度较高。 In order to improve the milling surface quality of Sn-Bi alloy curved surface,the milling experiment of alloy special-shaped surface based on Zig and Zig-Zag was carried out.In this paper,Taguchi method was used to design and analyze the influence of different milling factors(spindle speed,milling depth,feed speed,milling row spacing)on surface roughness.Based on the principle of robust optimization,the experimental results were analyzed.The results show that Zig and Zig-Zag milling methods have a significant impact on the surface processing quality,and the processing quality of Zig is higher.In different milling modes,the milling line spacing has the greatest influence on the surface roughness,followed by the milling depth and feed speed,and the spindle speed has the least influence.Finally,the optimal combination of milling parameters is obtained,and the theoretical analysis results are consistent with the experimental results.
