云南玉溪地区主栽蓝莓果实花色苷定性检测及其组成分析 被引量:2

Qualitative Determination and Composition Analysis of Anthocyanins in Main Blueberry Fruits in Yuxi Area of Yunnan Province

摘要 以云南澄江蓝莓主产区蓝莓鲜果为试材,以甲酸甲醇溶液提取花色苷,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和加标定性测定法对蓝莓果实中花色苷的组成及相对含量进行比较,以期探索云南主栽蓝莓果实花色苷的组分及特征。结果表明:6个品种蓝莓果实中共检测到10种花色苷。其中,"比洛克西"中总花色苷含量最高,是含量最低品种"夏普蓝"的27倍。且"夏普蓝""灿烂""密斯提"3个品种中的芍药素-3-O-葡萄糖苷的相对含量最高,分别为23.62%、29.85%、20.76%,均高于20%;"比洛克西""绿宝石""莱格西"中芍药素-3-O-葡萄糖苷和飞燕草素-3-O-半乳糖苷的相对含量也相对较高,其中,芍药素-3-O-葡萄糖苷的相对含量分别为16.25%、12.26%、10.61%,飞燕草素-3-O-半乳糖苷的相对含量分别为20.3%、10.52%、16.89%,均高于10%。6个品种蓝莓果实的飞燕草素-3-O-半乳糖苷的相对含量均高于10%。说明云南主栽的6个品种蓝莓中含有极为丰富的花色苷资源。 Taking Yunnan chengjiang blueberry producing blueberry fruit as test materials, anthocyanin was extracted by formic acid methanol solution, using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and the qualitative measurement of blueberry fruit in a comparative study on the composition and relative content of anthocyanins, in order to explore the Yunnan′s main components and characteristics of blueberry fruit anthocyanins.The results showed that the six varieties of blueberry fruit detected 10 kinds of anthocyanins.‘Biloxi’ had the highest total anthocyanin content, nearly 27 times that of the lowest variety ‘Sharp Blue’.In addition, the relative contents of paeoniflorin(3-O-glucoside) in the three cultivars of ‘Reveille’‘Brilliant’ and ‘Misty’ were the highest, 23.62%,29.85% and 20.76% respectively, and the relative contents were all higher than 20%.The relative contents of paeoniflorin 3-O-glucoside and delphinidin 3-O-galactoside in ‘Biloxi’‘Emerald’ and ‘Ragsey’ were also relatively high, among which the relative contents of paeoniflorin 3-O-glucoside were 16.25%,12.26% and 10.61%,respectively, and the relative contents of delphinidin 3-O-galactoside were 20.3%,10.52% and 16.89%,respectively, which were all higher than 10%.The relative content of delphin-3-O-galactoside in the fruits of the six blueberry varieties was above 10%.The results showed that there were abundant anthocyanin resources in six varieties of blueberry planted in Yunnan.
