江苏省葡萄产业高质量发展的驱动因素及现实对策

Driving Factors and Practical Countermeasures of Grape High Quality Development in Jiangsu Province

乡村振兴战略对产业兴旺、生活富裕提出了明确要求,江苏省基本完成农业现代化走在前列的重大任务,迫切需要提升农业发展质量和效益。该研究以江苏省葡萄产业为例,从产业发展的历史逻辑、转型升级的制约因素和产业政策的核心诉求等方面来阐述东部发达地区在发展富民产业和实现农业现代化的进程中面临的形势、遇到的问题,并从加强产业发展顶层设计、强化全产业链主体培育、完善科技支撑体系和市场监管体系、防控重大风险等方面提出促进高效产业持续健康发展、农民持续稳定增收的对策建议。

The rural revitalization strategy puts forward clear requirements on the industry businesses and life prosperity.The vital task of Jiangsu′s leading role in basically realizing the agricultural modernization, which urgently needed to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural development.This study taking the grape industry of Jiangsu Province as an example, explained the situation and problems faced by the eastern developed areas in the process of developing the industry of enriching people and realizing the agricultural modernization from the aspects of the historical logic of industry development, the constraints of transformation and upgrading, and the core demands of industrial policies,etc.,and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of high-efficiency industries and the continuous increasing of farmers′income from the aspects of strengthening the top-level design of industry development and the cultivation of the subjects of the whole industry chain,improving the scientific and technological support and market monitoring systems,prevention of major risks,etc..
