摘要
基于黑龙江省2009—2018年农业绿色发展相关数据,运用熵权法计算权重并与灰色关联度法相结合构建新模型,对黑龙江省农业绿色发展水平进行分析。结果表明:2009—2018年黑龙江省农业绿色发展水平整体呈上升趋势。其中,生产基地绿色化和农业产出绿色化波动上升,农业生产过程绿色化呈先下降再上升趋势。影响黑龙江省农业绿色发展水平的主要因素为成灾面积、化肥使用强度、绿色食品加工企业数量。为今后持续增加绿色优质农产品供给,长久保障国家粮食质量与数量安全,要注重加强农业生产基地生态保育、提高农业生产过程利用效率及夯实农业绿色产业发展基础。
Based on the data related to agricultural green development in Heilongjiang Province from2009 to 2018,the weights were calculated using the entropy weight method and combined with the gray correlation method to construct a new model to analyze the agricultural green development level in Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the overall level of agricultural green development in Heilongjiang Province had shown an upward trend from 2009 to 2018.Among them,the greening of production base and the greening of agricultural output increased,and the greening of agricultural production showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The main factors affecting the green development level of Heilongjiang agriculture were the disaster area,the intensity of fertilizer used,and the number of green food processing enterprised.In order to continue to increase the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products in the future and ensure the national food quality and quantity safety for a long time,we must focus on strengthening the ecological conservation of agricultural production bases,improving the efficiency of agricultural production processes,and consolidating the foundation of agricultural green industry development.
