摘要
从知识管理视角审视当下网络文学IP生态体系,其建构逻辑体现为以IP生产为核心竞争力的智力资本管理、以IP增值为主营方式的业务流程管理、以IP变现为最终盈利方式的多元价值转化。然而在知识经济时代,网络文学业态发生了从内容生产到文化增值、从流量经济到体验经济、从"圈地护城"到生态共荣的嬗变。基于这一现实,有必要从知识创新战略维度出发,重塑数媒时代新的出版商角色,重建企业经营管理新范式。
Examining the current IP ecological system of online literature from the perspective of knowledge management,this research finds that the construction logic embodied in intellectual capital management regards IP production as its core competitiveness,while business process management regards IP proliferation as its main mode and multiple value transformation regards IP realization as the final profit.However,in the era of knowledge economy,the format of online literature has undergone an evolution from content production to cultural proliferation,from web traffic flow economy to experience economy and from self-improvement to ecological co-prosperity.Based on this reality,it is necessary to reshape the new role of publishers in the digital media era and rebuild the new paradigm of enterprise management from the strategic dimension of knowledge innovation.
