摘要
针对分散染料喷墨印花直喷墨水存在高温条件下稳定性不好的问题,研究了提纯溶剂与分散黄6GSL晶体结构的关系,探讨了研磨工艺对分散体粒径大小及研磨效率的影响,考察了分散黄6GSL晶体结构与其分散体在高温条件下的稳定性和过滤性能之间的关系。结果表明:采用60℃热水对分散黄6GSL提纯,其纯度可达99.46%;分散黄6GSL与自制分散剂4600W质量比为1∶1.5的分散染料,在分散研磨机转速为2500 r/min条件下初研磨5 h,再在砂磨机转速为4000 r/min条件下研磨14 h,制备的分散体平均粒径为90.39 nm;分散体在60℃条件下放置72 h前后,在绝对孔径为1μm的聚偏氟乙烯滤膜中的过滤流量分别为428和333 g/min,具有良好的过滤性能和热稳定性,可用于制备高热稳定性分散染料直喷墨水。
To address the problem of poor stability of ink-jet printing direct ink under high temperature conditions,this study focused on the relationship between the purification solvent and Disperse Yellow 6GSL crystal form.The effects of grinding process conditions on the particle size and grinding efficiency of the dye dispersion were investigated.The relationship between the crystal form of Disperse Yellow 6GSL and the stability and filtration performance of their dispersions under high temperature conditions was investigated.The results show that the purity of the dye filter cake purified by hot water at 60℃is 99.46%,and the mass ratio of Disperse Yellow 6GSL to home made dispersant 4600W is 1∶1.5.Under the condition that the dispersing machine rotation at 2500 r/min for initial grinding for 5 h and then grinding for 14 h at a speed of 4000 r/min,the average particle size of the dye dispersion is 90.39 nm.Before and after the dispersion is conditioned at 60℃for 72 h,the filtration flow rates in the polyvinglidene membrane with an absolute pore size of 1μm are 428 g/min and 333 g/min.The dispersion have good filtration performance and thermal stability.The dispersions can endow high thermal stability of the disperse dye ink with direct ink-jet printing.
